1. Agreement to Terms

2. B2B Services

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site. This platform is primarily designed for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions involving Electric Vehicle components and financing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Battery specifications (Voltage/Ah) are subject to nominal manufacturing tolerances.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. EVREV.in and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
